TONY FRAELLO, L/CP
Prosthetist/Owner
ABC Certified and Licensed by Texas Department of Licensure. Tony Fraello, CP, LP, the founder of Tech Ridge Prosthetics, grew up with firsthand knowledge of the challenges faced by amputees. When his grandfather was only 28 years old, he was diagnosed with synovial sarcoma, resulting in the amputation of his leg. Growing up, Tony would see photos of his grandfather's prosthesis and became fascinated with the mechanics of how they worked. With this passion for mechanics, a love for building things, and a desire to care for others, Tony chose to study Prosthetics and Orthotics at the University of Hartford in Connecticut. After graduation, Tony had the privilege of working for two exceptional prosthetic companies in Florida and Texas, gaining valuable experience along the way. He quickly rose through the ranks and went from intern to managing and running an office in less than three years post-graduation. Tony is now based in Austin, Texas, where he proudly opened his own prosthetic facility, providing top-notch prosthetic care to the local community.
Nathan G.
Patient Care Coordinator
Nathan was born in New Mexico and moved to Texas as a teenager. He attended Round Rock High School and Austin Community College. Nathan was attending school and working for an Interior Designer in furniture shipping and receiving when his life was changed drastically. He was the victim of a hit and run while driving on his motorcycle in Austin. Nathan had several surgeries, including a below the knee amputation. Nathan kept a strong, positive attitude and excelled in his rehabilitation. Nathan sought out Tech Ridge Prosthetics to make him a new socket and soon he was up walking comfortably. Nathan began working for Tech Ridge Prosthetics in 2020 as a patient liaison, he loves interacting with fellow amputees and inspiring others who have been afflicted with limb loss. Nathan does not let his amputation limit his fun, he continues to enjoy fishing, billiards and disc golfing!
AMY L., PTA, MSPO, L/CPO -Prosthetist
Amy found a love for healthcare at an early age. She grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, where both her parents worked in the medical field. Amy received her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Birmingham and worked in orthopedics for over five years. Amy decided to further her education, she attended the University of Hartford to pursue a masters degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics. After graduation, Amy worked at other prosthetic companies in Alabama, Florida and Tennessee, then joined Tech Ridge Prosthetics in January 2019. Amy is excited about the future of her field and the new technology that will help her patients succeed. She loves educating people about Prosthetics and Orthotics and spending the time to get to know her patients. Amy and her husband love football, scuba diving and woodworking!
Lydia - Director of Patient Care
Lydia Manriquez is the Director of Patient Care at Tech Ridge Prosthetics, where she draws on over 10 years of experience in the O&P industry and her own journey as an amputee to support and advocate for patients. After a 2009 accident led to a below-the-knee amputation, Lydia found her calling working with amputees in Austin, TX. A Certified Peer Visitor with the Amputee Coalition, she’s committed to helping others thrive beyond limb loss. Lydia doesn’t let amputation define her—she leads an active lifestyle and loves spending time on the water wakesurfing.
Kyle - Prosthetic Technician
Kyle is a prosthetic technician at Tech Ridge Prosthetics, where he specializes in the hands-on fabrication of lower-limb prosthetics. His skills have been honed through experience at multiple prosthetic companies and further developed at Tech Ridge, with a strong emphasis on socket design and construction. Although he does not have formal training, Kyle has built a solid foundation through direct, on-the-job learning and a deep commitment to craftsmanship. Outside the lab, he competes in Olympic weightlifting with a local team, enjoys heavy metal music, and spends his downtime with his cat.
Michelle - Office Administrator
Michelle is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in healthcare and a current focus on court reporting. She currently serves as an Office Administrator, where she oversees daily operations with a focus on efficiency, professionalism, and clear communication. Her previous experience in both pediatric and adult medical field has provided her with a unique perspective on the intersection of healthcare and law. Michelle’s time working in a children’s hospital deepened her commitment to accuracy, empathy, and discretion—qualities that now guide her work in both administration and her court reporting studies. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is known for her strong organizational skills, calm under pressure, and ability to support diverse teams with professionalism and care.
